No — most workshops rotate partners, and we run a partner-matching service before the festival for anyone coming solo. Just tell us when you register.
We welcome complete beginners (no shag experience needed) through advanced. Each track — Supplì, Carbonara, Maritozzo — is tagged by level; the social dances are open to everyone.
Shoes with smooth soles (suede or leather is ideal — no rubber gym sneakers), a water bottle, and a change of shirt for the late socials. The floor gets warm.
A small aperitivo on Friday is included with your pass. There are pizzerie and a wine bar a short walk away, and we'll point them out on a printed map at the door.
A 1920s palazzo near Trastevere, Rome. Full address and travel notes go out by email once you have a pass.
Full refund up to 30 days before the festival. Half refund up to 7 days before. After that, you can transfer your pass to another dancer.
